Return & Refund Policy

At Bear Necessity Designs, each piece is crafted with care. While we hope you love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below.

 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-custom or personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item should be returned in its original packaging (if possible)
  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

To start a return, contact us at hello@bearnecessitydesigns.us with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery to you.

 

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in the title/name of product
  • Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days after delivery). We’ll make it right.

 

Damages or Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. You can also choose an immediate store credit instead of refunding to your original payment method.

If refunding to your original payment method, pease allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund by 15 business after we initiated the refund, then please contact us at hello@bearnecessitydesigns.us.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible).
